This role operates at the intersection of business operations, internal systems, and process optimization, ensuring that key internal workflows are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. The Business Operations Manager will serve as a process owner for critical internal operational workflows, including employee onboarding and offboarding coordination, internal system access management, and other cross-functional operational processes that support employees across the organization. This role requires a systems-oriented mindset—someone who not only supports operational processes but actively evaluates opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve them using Worldly’s internal technology stack, SaaS tools, and AI-enabled solutions. Because these processes interact with many teams across the organization, this role will have high visibility across Worldly and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments. The Business Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director of Business Operations & Systems and is expected to operate with a high level of ownership and independence while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with internal teams.
