About The Position

Position Summary: The Business Operations Specialist provides administrative and operational support within an operational area. This role will focus on administrative functions that promote the growth and development of business operations to ensure consistency and efficiency. This role will collaborate with District Operations Manager(s) on other administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a senior administrative role; accounting and/or HR knowledge preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in report analysis for Contract and Perm Operations across multiple Districts
  • Process accounts payable, expense reports and supply orders.
  • Audit operational expenses and research issues.
  • Compile and distribute reports on headcount, productivity, and financials.
  • Process HR transactions including promotions, base increases, new hires, and terminations.
  • Manage internal job postings, generate offer letters, and HR documents.
  • Audit timesheets and other HR/payroll transactions for compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Maintain headcount reporting, employee rosters, and organizational charts.
  • Partner with district and corporate teams on bonus changes, advances, write-offs, and classifications.
  • Support employee recognition programs.
