About The Position

Our law firm, Craig Swapp & Associates is looking for a Business Partner Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be at the heart of our grassroots growth strategy, serving as a dedicated liaison between our law firm and our network of medical providers. Your primary responsibility is to develop, nurture, and expand strategic relationships with current and new providers, and to drive mutual business value. You will lead the creation and execution of marketing initiatives, referral programs, and communication strategies tailored to the Personal Injury Law industry.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing or Business, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnership management, or physician liaison roles.
  • Proficiency with or able to learn CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills with the ability to influence and make recommendations.
  • Able to pass a background check, including driving history

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with a Personal Injury Law Firm is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with medical directors, practice administrators, and referring physicians.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement customized marketing plans for the law firm using local market data and in conjunction with the firms operational & analytical data to achieve goals.
  • Referral Network Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the provider network and increase referral volume.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Help execute marketing initiatives, including firm community events, and assist with marketing campaigns, to increase brand awareness.
  • Enablement & Resources: Create and distribute high-quality marketing products, and training materials to ensure providers are equipped to promote the law firm.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as referral numbers, case acquisition costs, and program ROI to optimize firm strategies and achieve goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary regional contact for provider-related marketing needs, while collaborating with the corporate office to ensure quarterly & annual goals are being met.
