About The Position

The Business Process Advisor provides administrative, business operations and resource management support to evolve and build out an extensive foundational framework for the customer organization. The candidate will support activities to include: Organize program and project activities to create efficiencies. Consult with portfolio, program, and project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks supporting strategic plans Provide executive-level organizational performance support to the front office including action tracking, on/off boarding, facility space administration. Provide meeting facilitation to governance boards, all hands, offsites, including agenda publication, meeting minutes and actions Recognize and recommend business process improvements. Drive accountability by documenting decisions, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolution. Organize and manage folder/data structure. Facilitate organizational communications. Other ad hoc tasking as required.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
  • Broad knowledge and experience with project/program management methodologies
  • Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and maintaining configuration management and providing seamless support to Front Office systems and processes
  • Experience supporting communication efforts, drafting emails, e-memos, meeting notes, etc. with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and information flow
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to support strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and tracking, outreach.
  • Ability to support the planning and facilitation of technical exchange meetings
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team collaborative environment
