About The Position

This is a full-time remote internship that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
In this role, you will help elevate our customer experience and accelerate business growth by supporting data-driven insights. You'll assist with analytical efforts that deliver actionable recommendations and enhance process excellence throughout our product portfolio.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Health Care Management
• GPA of 3.3 or higher
• Graduating Summer/Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
• Available full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 weeks during Summer 2026

Nice To Haves

• Coursework or project experience in data analysis
• Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis Support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytical approaches
• Identify opportunities to enhance data collection methodologies
• Apply best practices to improve data accessibility and usability
• Insights Generation
• Support analysis efforts to uncover process and product insights
• Use analytical techniques and visualization tools to identify trends
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Stakeholder Communication
• Help develop data-driven presentations for stakeholders
• Partner with teams to communicate key findings
• Contribute to recommendations that drive product improvements
• Process Excellence
• Learn about industry trends and best practices in data analytics
• Identify potential process improvements
• Support data-driven excellence across product portfolio

Benefits

• Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market.
• The expected base pay for this position is $25 per hour, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
