Austin Energy is seeking a detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven professional to support the Distribution Construction Business Unit. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting across Smartsheet, Maximo, Veoci, and Workday, including CWR invoicing, SharePoint workflows, and other reporting needs that enhance operational efficiency. The position will analyze construction workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and support implementation efforts to strengthen overall business operations. This role also assists with the coordination and monitoring of Emergency Management and Operations platforms to ensure readiness and effective response during critical events. Additionally, the position provides direct support to the Field Operations Director, Managers, and Supervisors by ensuring accurate reporting, effective communication, and streamlined coordination during both routine activities and emergency operations. Under general supervision, this position performs professional level work involving research and analysis of a variety of routine/semi routine administrative and operational support duties in the area of project management, quality management, performance measurement, change management and business process improvement. Provides support and assistance to senior process consultants, auditors and team leaders.
