About The Position

This ro le is responsible for ensuring the a ccur a cy a nd completeness of business requirements for new a nd enh a nced business a pplic a tions a nd p ro duct s. The BPO coll a bor a tes closely with Technic a l P ro duct Owner s (TPOs) to tr a nsl a te business needs in to a ction a ble technic a l solutions.

Requirements

• High school diplom a required
• 5 plus ye a rs of experience in p ro gr a m m a n a gement or a s a p ro duct owner required
• St ro ng communic a tion, f a cilit a tion, present a tion, a nd org a niz a tion a l skills required
• P ro ven a bility to m a n a ge multiple p ro jects in a f a s t-p a ced, dyn a mic envi ro nment required
• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

• Le a d a nd support the development of business a pplic a tions a nd p ro duct s f ro m ide a tion th ro ugh implement a tion.
• Extr a ct a nd a n a lyze business requirements f ro m st a keholders a nd ensure a lignment with technic a l te a ms .
• P ro vide input in to the technic a l design of a pplic a tions to ensure business needs a re met.
• Cre a te a nd m a n a ge epics to support a n a lytic a l a nd oper a tion a l needs.
• P a rticip a te in A gile ceremonies, rele a s e pl a nning, a nd st a keholder meetings to ensure successful a doption a nd delivery.
• A pply p ro ject m a n a gement to ols a nd methodologies to support business initi a tives .
• Communic a te p ro gress, risks, a nd outcomes to st a keholders regul a rly.
• Prioritize t a s ks effectively to meet p ro ject de a dlines.
• Lever a ge business , technic a l, a nd fin a nci a l a cumen to support p ro ject a nd portfolio success.
