About The Position

The Business Relationship Specialist supports the Business Relationship Manager in managing partner relationships, overseeing pipeline activity, and ensuring deals move efficiently through the process. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Specialist will play a key role in coordinating deal activity, maintaining consistent communication with internal teams and partners, and helping the team transition toward more scalable, technology-driven processes.

  • Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation and speaking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to change and adapt to needs of the Company.
  • Ability to utilize pipeline management and processes.
  • Comfortable embracing change – ability to remain agile and pivot while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn AI tools.
  • Able to work both independently and in collaboration with others to enhance an entrepreneurial culture when it comes to business development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Relationship Manager in monitoring deal flow, identifying potential opportunities or risks within the pipeline, and assisting other members of the D+ team with deal coordination and related activities.
  • Track and manage individual deals from initiation through completion, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with internal “Solutions Advisors” and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners while helping establish connections with new partners. Including onboarding new clients into the Direct+ portal.
  • Assist the team in transitioning away from manual processes by leveraging technology and improving operational workflows.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to pipeline activity and deal progress.
  • Manage pipeline tracking and scheduling to ensure efficient coordination of deal activity and partner engagement.
  • Contribute to initiatives that help scale the team’s capabilities and improve overall efficiency.
  • Utilize knowledge of the real estate title process, including reviewing HUD settlement statements for accuracy and validating associated calculations.
