The Business Sales Manager will be responsible for strategic accounts and account/business acquisition in a defined category across all channels. They create and execute short and mid-term business strategies and performance according to the account plan (delivering the month, quarter, and year per plan). Will work with all levels of the organization and will be responsible for relationships with global, key account leaders. Territory: California (MUST LIVE in California) The Business Sales Manager is responsible for effectively managing all complex existing and potential customers within an assigned product category and serving as the primary contact between the Company and its customers. This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales, profits, and inventory goals as determined by OIPS strategic initiatives.
