Meet with prospective employers to provide support and assistance with their hiring needs. Promote Work Experience (WEX), On the Job Training (OJT), Incumbent Worker and Customized training, as tools to incentivize employers to employ WIOA job seekers. Conduct reviews of existing employers and opportunities on a regular basis to evaluate employer demand and usage of WIOA services and determines how best to improve and/or leverage relationship to meet the placement objectives. Schedules daily prospecting/cold calls and face-to-face meetings with employers. Acts as the liaison among employers and the WIOA program Screens and matches WIOA participants with employment opportunities based on their skills, work experience, hobbies and interests. Achieves weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work activity goals as prescribed and in accordance with WIOA contractual obligations. Documents, consistently and accurately, in real time, all participant and employer contact, activities and outcomes into a weekly and monthly report that includes a narrative and employer listing Coordinate center activities such as monthly Job Fair and Job Club. Coordinate as a team, a quarterly community Job Fair in one of the counties included in region. Other duties as assigned
