About The Position

Homesura is seeking someone who is equal parts detective and advisor—someone naturally curious, who questions whether a process is truly necessary, looks for ways to make the user experience easier, and can translate seamlessly between the business side and the technical side. In this role, you will analyze business software solution needs, evaluate processes, and shape solutions that improve efficiency across the organization. You’ll act as the key connector between business teams, technical teams, and external partners—driving clarity, alignment, and successful implementation of enterprise systems and workflows. Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of work experience in business operations coupled with experience in maintaining, supporting, and improving enterprise applications. Experience in home care or social services industry preferred.
  • Ability to lead through influence and navigate complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with exceptional organizational, critical thinking, proactive problem solving, and communication capabilities
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and offer actionable insights.
  • Experience with data modeling, data analysis, and creating visualizations using tools such as Power BI
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in advanced project management and workflow analysis, as well as using project management, workflow automation, and process visualization tools
  • Knowledge and proficiency in applying process improvement methodologies.
  • Organize, prioritize and maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
  • Must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have excellent professional, ethical and confidential behavior and skills at all times.
  • All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to company remote work policies

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to design effective, sustainable business and system solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation (BRDs, functional requirements, user stories), validation, and testing.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with SMEs.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on enterprise applications and oversee upgrades, feature rollouts, and training.
  • Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend automation or process improvements.
  • Create end-user training, process documentation, and reports that communicate insights clearly.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely communication and support.
  • Support project management activities, including timelines, milestones, and reporting.
