About the position

The Business Solutions Development Product & Marketing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and marketing of business solutions, including those developed internally and those sourced through third-party partners. This role plays a key part in driving our Digital Transformation strategy while ensuring product-market fit, competitive positioning, and measurable go-to-market success. In addition to lifecycle ownership, this individual will lead product marketing initiatives and apply strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage a proven product management and product marketing methodology for internally developed and third-party solutions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to drive customer-centric, data-driven decisions.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, enablement, and end-of-life.
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, channel partners, and GTM teams to ensure revenue goals and launch success are met.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party solution providers; evaluate, onboard, and integrate external technologies into the portfolio.
  • Drive long-range strategic planning focused on growth and innovation through both organic and inorganic opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain robust KPIs and dashboards using Excel and other analytics tools to track product performance and sales metrics.
  • Create and deliver business cases, market analyses, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
  • Conduct both primary and secondary market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Track and manage outcomes from strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs.
  • Support training and internal communications related to new product and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience with SAP Business Objects preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management and/or product marketing, ideally in technology or enterprise solutions
  • Proven success in launching and managing technology-based solutions, both internally developed and third-party integrated
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, sales teams, and external partners
  • Strong understanding of product marketing and product management best practices
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, ISVs, and integration of external platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel for sales data analysis, forecasting, and reporting
  • Technical background or strong comprehension of ICT, security, IoT, and document-related technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer-facing messaging
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a matrixed organization
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to communicate with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
