Business Solutions Sales Representative in Las Vegas Metro, NV About SensaPay & BLogic POS SensaPay provides an end to end B2B payments and business management platform that combines omni-channel payment processing with a modern POS system (BLogic) and integrated business tools. Our platform helps businesses accept payments anywhere while managing operations through features such as online ordering, invoicing, payroll, lending, and over 200 ERP, CRM, and accounting integrations. Built-in chargeback protection and fraud management further help merchants operate with confidence. We partner with restaurants, retail, healthcare, eCommerce, SaaS, and service businesses to simplify payments, automate operations, reduce costs, and support long term growth. Role Overview We are expanding our Las Vegas metro sales team and looking for a driven, relationship focused field sales professional who thrives meeting business owners face to face and prospecting creatively to connect with local decision makers. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own a large territory, build a long term book of business, and generate recurring residual income by helping local businesses modernize their payments and operations. If you enjoy being in the field, prospecting your market, and selling solutions with strong product market fit, this role offers uncapped earnings, full territory ownership, and the opportunity to build a highly valuable residual portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in field sales working with small or mid sized businesses in the greater Las Vegas metro territory
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and activation
- Highly self motivated with strong organization and personal accountability
- Comfort learning new technology platforms and communicating value in simple practical terms
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling into restaurants, retail, hospitality, or local service businesses is a strong plus but not required
- Comfort prospecting in person and building relationships with local business owners
- Existing merchant relationships or local referral networks are a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Build and own your territory: Own a defined territory and build your pipeline through in market prospecting, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach to local businesses.
- Meet with business owners: Spend at least 60% of your time in market meeting face to face with restaurant, retail, and service business owners to understand how they operate and identify opportunities to improve payments, POS, and business workflows.
- Run the full sales cycle: Manage the entire sales process from first conversation through proposal, install coordination & activation with dedicated internal team, and merchant onboarding.
- Build a book of business: Develop long term relationships with merchants that generate recurring residual income, referrals, and additional expansion opportunities.
- Operate with autonomy: Manage your territory, schedule, and pipeline with high autonomy while maintaining strong pipeline discipline in the CRM.
