Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program graduating in 2026
• Majoring in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and online research tools
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Analyze business scenarios using multiple data sources to support decision-making
• Contribute to real, cross-functional business projects
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and business partners
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and leaders
• Build professional relationships across the organization
