About The Position

Reporting to the GBS COE Manager, you will support the GBS organization by developing automated processes and technology enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and solve challenges in an evolving environment. You will partner across functions, analyze data to generate meaningful insights, and deliver solutions that optimize business processes. Interpret data using different levels of problem‑solving and present a clear story of results. Identify problems and opportunities and recommend solutions. Design reporting metrics and provide analysis that drives action and resolution. Participate in resolving issues that improve business processes. Support customer requests with a focus on service and partnership. Collaborate across the company and engage with colleagues at multiple levels. Design business processes and recommend improvements. Use judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to help identify and resolve issues. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology‑related field.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience with an Agile Methodology framework; Jira experience is helpful.
  • Skill in analyzing business requirements and integrating them into key business intelligence processes.
  • Technical skills aptitude supporting learning of modern business processes, data models, and technology tools.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis or generating reports for business use.
  • Hands‑on experience building self-service tools and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
  • Exposure to ERP applications such as SAP R3, S4, BI, and Business Objects and to Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exposure to cloud analytics tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Fabric.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation software, including UiPath, is preferred.
