Reporting to the GBS COE Manager, you will support the GBS organization by developing automated processes and technology enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and solve challenges in an evolving environment. You will partner across functions, analyze data to generate meaningful insights, and deliver solutions that optimize business processes. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Build strong relationships with business partners and Information Technology teams. Interpret data using different levels of problem‑solving and present a clear story of results. Identify problems and opportunities and recommend solutions. Design reporting metrics and provide analysis that drives action and resolution. Participate in resolving issues that improve business processes. Support customer requests with a focus on service and partnership. Collaborate across the company and engage with colleagues at multiple levels. Design business processes and recommend improvements. Use judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to help identify and resolve issues.
