We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ADP and Peoplesoft applications to meet our clients' specific requirements while ensuring system optimization, performance, and integration with other business applications.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ADP and Peoplesoft all core modules and application functions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SQL, PL/SQL, and document management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, data migration, and process design experience.
  • Strong customer service skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, work in a dynamic environment, and adapt to new systems and business processes.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Effective communication, excellent interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Five years of relevant experience to include ADP and Peoplesoft core modules and application functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure, multi-factor authentication, Oracle databases, and registry editing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and maintain ADP and Peoplesoft applications with a focus on payroll functionalities.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure ADP and PeopleSoft HCM application, including payroll, to meet organizational needs.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADP and PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing payroll systems.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
  • Stay current with ADP and PeopleSoft updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
