About The Position

As a Business Systems Analyst on this project, you will be responsible for business process analysis and design, documentation of solution features using practices aligned with Agile & Scrum (user stories), implementation, and functional testing. You know the SDLC and are comfortable working across it. You are comfortable being client-facing and working with the Project Manager and/or Scrum Master to manage scope.
Your analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities are no less than exceptional.
Your attention to detail is evident in your work; your documentation is thorough, and your ability to connect dots is unmatched.
You’re a pro at investigating data issues, performing deep-dive data research, and proposing and executing solutions.
You have experience working with data models and understand how to read an ERD.
You’re excited to get your hands dirty by working through things with developers, taking stories from ready to done as part of a team.
You’re comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives.

The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. You will work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience at a management consulting firm, operating as a business systems or technical analyst; gathering requirements, writing user stories and test cases, and conducting functional testing.
• Experience supporting Utilities/energy clients.
• Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes.
• Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams.
• Proficiency in various PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
• Undergraduate degree in business or technology.
• Ability to travel based on client and practice demands.
