About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Data Analyst with those of a Business Systems Analyst, requiring a moderate understanding of ERP systems, connection points, and change management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and manage change within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or a similar role.
• Moderate knowledge of Infor/M3 ERP systems and their connection points.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage change within an organization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Experience with change management methodologies and best practice

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Work with Infor/M3 ERP system to ensure data integrity and optimize system performance.
• Identify and document connection points between different systems and processes.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Continuously monitor and improve data quality and system performance.
