About The Position

Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking an energetic, self-directed Business Systems SME to support the VP of Operations / Product Delivery and site leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations of R2S ERP Systems. As a Business Systems SME , you will provide support to management and staff, performing a variety of tasks to ensure the successful operation of our facility. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Drive Integrated Business planning process through collaboration with Supply Chain, mitigating and managing risks, and reshaping the plan to meet changing organizational requirements. Drive capacity management to increase production while reducing WIP and increasing velocity. Establish and lead best practices for utilization of the ERP system as it relates to operations. Facilitate the review and analysis of data and metrics for operations and programs. Drive world class ERP practice all other position-related duties as assigned or requested. Evaluating aggregate plans for time-phased projections for Product, Demand, Supply, and the resulting financials. Execution of the Integrated Business plan with the key objective of ensuring critical resources are allocated to most effectively and profitably meet customers’ needs. Facilitate compliance with government and corporate laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit. Acts as an advisor to functional managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10 or more years of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment.
10 years of experience in Material Requirement Planning, supervision or management role in a manufacturing environment.
Government Property / Asset Management experience.
Broad knowledge of advanced principles, concepts and practices and their application within function or discipline as well as their impact within other organizations.
