About The Position

As a Busser & Dishwasher, you would support the food & beverage service team by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience. Job Type: Winter Seasonal (Typically Dec - April) Typical Schedule: Open availability required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; schedule will vary based on service needs.

Requirements

  • No experience required; training provided.
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to cleanliness and detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate commercial equipment as required by role.
  • Comfortable working in cold, snowy, and high-altitude conditions.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak ski/summer seasons.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to ski or snowboard is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist servers by delivering food and water to tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
  • Assist with dishwashing and deep cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to support overall restaurant flow.
