About The Position

As a Busser & Runner at Overlook Grill in The Cosmopolitan, you’ll support a relaxed, poolside dining experience known for its fresh flavors and laid-back luxury atmosphere. By keeping your section clean, organized, and fully stocked—clearing tables, replenishing service stations, and assisting with timely food delivery—you’ll help ensure smooth, seamless service. Working closely with the service team, your attention to detail and teamwork play a key role in creating a comfortable, enjoyable experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience as a Busperson or Food Runner in a Fast-paced, High-volume restaurant preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the Department
