Smokey’s is an intimate Wisconsin Northwoods supper club that offers exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting. Hours: Part-time, including weekends and some holidays. This Part-Time, Seasonal position is in Manitowish Waters, WI. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Kitchen experience preferred.
• Available to work nights and weekends
• Capability to keep up with the fast-paced kitchen environment to give efficient and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils.
• Sort and stack clean dishes.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
• Sweep and mop floor.
• Wipe up spills.
