About The Position

The primary purpose of the Busser is to support and help the restaurant servers to maintain the highest possible guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good health and personal hygiene.
• Has an interest in learning about food and beverage service.
• Has a cheerful, positive attitude.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Good at dealing with stressful situations.
• May be required to lift up to 30lbs.
• The Schedule for this position may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• AGLC – Proserve/Protect preferred

Responsibilities

• Set-up tables for service, polish glasses and flatware.
• Serve water, bread and butter to guests as they arrive and condiments with meals.
• Clear dirty dishes, glasses, dirty linen and re-set tables.
• Assist servers as requested during service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties deemed necessary or requested by the servers, host and supervisor/manager on duty.
• To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
• All other duties as assigned
