About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to support our front-of-house team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests by assisting servers, preparing tables, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communication
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, sometimes stressful environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas by cleaning and setting tables with linens, utensils, condiments, and decorations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations throughout all meal periods
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items to guests as needed
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to the dishwashing area
• Fold napkins and restock supplies such as condiments and silverware
• Respond promptly to spills, guest needs, and special requests
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health guidelines
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure excellent service
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
