About The Position

Èlephante is hiring Bussers to join our team at our iconic Santa Monica rooftop restaurant . Èlephante is known for its high-energy atmosphere, coastal Italian cuisine, and one of the busiest dining rooms on the Westside . Our support team plays a critical role in maintaining the pace and flow of service while ensuring every guest enjoys a polished and welcoming dining experience. We are looking for bussers who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment .

Requirements

Previous busser, food runner, or restaurant support experience preferred
Experience in high-volume restaurants strongly preferred
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to stay organized during busy services
Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout long shifts
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Reset and clean tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
Assist servers and runners in delivering food and clearing plates
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
Refill water and assist guests when appropriate
Stock service stations and maintain supplies throughout service
Assist with opening and closing side work
Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service
