About The Position
Responsible for assisting the servers in providing Food and Beverage service in Norma's (from set up to break down).
Responsibilities
- Fill the ice bin, fill water pitchers and prepare ice-tea.
- Polish silverware and glasses
- Clear tables (dishes, glasses as well as silverware)
- Wipe down tables and chairs whenever necessary
- Set up tables
- Prepare line for running food
- Prepare the coffee station (grinding regular and decaf coffee)
- Restock the service stations with clean, polished cutlery, polished glassware, coffee cups and saucers
- Take the dirty dishes as well as trays to the dish wash for daily wash
- Clear and clean the bread, coffee and other stations
- Serving water and other beverages whenever necessary
- Helping the server at all times, to carry out an extremely professional service
- Other tasks as required
