About The Position

As a Butler I at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing, and coordinating suites for our guests. You will set the stage for an exceptional guest experience with your welcoming smile and attentive service. By understanding each guest’s unique preferences and needs, you will take ownership of their experience, creating memorable 'WOW' moments they will carry with them long after their stay.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication
• Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guest may have
• Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times
• Maintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards
