About The Position

Buyer I supports purchasing operations by managing supplier communications, maintaining records, and ensuring timely procurement of goods. This entry-level role plays a key part in assisting with international contract manufacturing projects and helping resolve supply chain issues.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Associate’s degree in business or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with purchasing policies.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, lead times, and deliveries.
• Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate purchase order records and supplier information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product availability.
