About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Buyer Planner to join our dynamic team. This role involves executing purchasing activities to support production and customer demand while ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Requirements

Experience in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management.
Proficiency in NetSuite and Oracle.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement.
Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization with start-up vibes.

Responsibilities

Execute purchasing activities to support production and customer demand.
Place and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Support material and production planning across approximately 300 part numbers.
Monitor demand and inventory levels to help prevent shortages or excess stock.
Work closely with Operations and leadership to align supply with production needs.
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems including NetSuite and Oracle.
Track open orders, lead times, and supplier follow-ups.
Use Excel and Microsoft tools to support planning, purchasing, and reporting needs.
Assist with continuous improvement of purchasing and planning processes.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, small company environment.
