About The Position

As a DSP, Caregiver or C.N.A. in one of our Jefferson programs, you will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal care, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will perform other duties such as transporting clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and the surrounding area), completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Don’t have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF-related experience? We provide all the paid classroom and on-the-job training needed to work in a CBRF Group Home or Day Program. After completing our training program, you will be a CBRF-certified DSP/Caregiver! We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive starting pay. Ever get paid to sleep? Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check.
- Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth
