Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, with direction from the Registered Nurse, this position is responsible for providing high quality individualized basic care activities as identified by the RN, using the components of the nursing process.
Requirements
- Completion of Nursing Assistant course.
- Minimum six months recent experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Current California C.N.A Certificate
- BLS card
- CPI training required within 30 days of hire
- Hospital Fire card required within 30 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Extended care setting experience.
Responsibilities
