About The Position

Requirements

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification to practice as a CNA in Delaware
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Communicates with nursing staff and care team effectively
• Prepares patients for therapy services, appointments and meals
• Assists with ADL's
• Answers call lights and assists patients in a timely manner
• Takes and records vitals
• Charts notes in a professional and appropriate manner
