About The Position

Out of the Woods Cabinetry delivers high‑quality cabinetry and countertops with over 20 years of craftsmanship experience. We focus on precision, customer satisfaction, and durable products created in our in‑house woodworking and fabrication shop. The Cabinet Builder assembles finished wood components into high‑quality cabinets. This role works Monday - Thursday from 6am to 3:30pm, and Fridays from 6am - 11am . This role requires careful handling of materials, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle and move wood materials carefully.
• Power ‑ tool and equipment operation skills.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Dependability, accountability, and good attendance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a pre ‑ employment drug test.
• Fluency in English; reading and speaking (Bilingual - Spanish is a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, construction, or related assembly.

Responsibilities

• Create finished cabinets through accurate assembly.
• Set up and operate woodworking machinery and handheld tools.
• Read blueprints and follow instructions with precision.
• Follow all quality and safety procedures.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and report equipment or safety concerns.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
