Applicants must be currently employeed with Leviton at the New Holland, PA factory. Internal positions available in Cable on A Shift and C Shift! You must be a Level II operator to apply to this position. Bid closes on Friday, February 27, 2026 As a Machine Operator you could be responsible for running machines on our Cable, and/or Braid lines. Machine operators could also be responsible for running multiple machines in a single line, cable testing equipment, and any other piece of equipment that is required to manufacture the necessary product. Average paid training program is 4-6 weeks in length. Areas of responsibility for our machine operators: Safely sets-up, takes-apart, operates, and maintains cleanliness of any assigned piece(s) of equipment. Ability to understand all shop floor documents that are necessary to operate the equipment and manufacture the product. Ability to maintain and complete all required documentation in the manufacturing of the product. Perform all required quality control checks and inspections on assigned product lines. Assist in other areas of the cable manufacturing operations as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents provided to operator machines printed in English.
  • Basic math skills, required
  • Ability to operate a computer, required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various employees throughout the facility
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and as an individual contributor

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or machine operator position, preferred
