About The Position

We are currently seeking a Cabler Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! If you have mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on production work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Shifts Available: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday–Thursday)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of related experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery in a production setting
• Ability to use tools and measuring devices correctly
• Basic math skills and legible handwriting
• Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Regular standing and walking
• Frequent use of hands for inspecting and handling materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Requires color vision and good hearing for safety awareness
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Read set-up sheets and use product codes to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
• Set up, run, and monitor cabling lines for standard products
• Operate a re-spooling machine to re-spool fillers
• Inspect, observe, and measure products during production to ensure specifications are met
• Complete all required documentation accurately
• Clean equipment to prevent contamination
• Identify production defects or issues and assist in resolving them or notify a supervisor
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Promote quality standards and teamwork in alignment with company values
