Pay Range $32.92 per hour The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, AV3, Inc. considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must complete a week-long solder and termination class upon hiring
  • Experience using hand tools and/or soldering preferred

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and cable run sheets
  • Assembles cable connectors per diagrams
  • Splices various conductor cables used in transmission systems
  • Solders a wide variety of cables and connector pins
  • Splices various conductor cables used in transmission systems
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
