About The Position

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Installers to join our team. This role involves hands-on labor in a fast-paced environment, supporting large-scale infrastructure projects. Candidates must be dependable, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive attitude while working extended hours.

Requirements

• Must be available for both 1st and 2nd shift
• Must be able to pass BGC/Drug Screening
• Prior labor experience is required (construction, warehouse, or similar) with solid work tenure
• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift/move equipment and work on your feet for long periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cabling, construction, or other hands-on technical labor
• Ability to work well in a structured environment
• Safety-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of low-voltage cabling and related infrastructure
• Support daily jobsite tasks including material handling, setup, and cleanup
• Follow all safety requirements and onsite procedures
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain strong attendance and professional conduct
