About The Position

We are looking for a CAD Detailer to join our growing team in Denver. In this role, you will focus on the creation of fabrication and construction drawings for custom exhibits, displays, and experiential environments. You will be responsible for translating approved designs and project requirements into clear, accurate, build‑ready documentation that supports fabrication, finishing, logistics, and installation. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Fabrication, Operations, and Installation teams to ensure designs are executable, efficient, and aligned with shop capabilities and project timelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; advanced degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, or related field.
  • Experience using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for modeling and fabrication detailing is required.
  • Proven ability to create drawings for fabrication detailing with metal, wood, and mixed‑material assemblies.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information through drawings, notes, and verbal collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills in a fast-paced deadline‑driven environment
  • Advanced technical aptitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Rhino is preferred but not required.
  • Experience creating drawings for cabinetry, millwork or custom exhibit structures is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive fabrication and construction drawing sets for custom exhibit and display components, including cabinetry, structures, assemblies, and sub‑
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings that clearly communicate design intent, materials, finishes, hardware, tolerances, and assembly methods.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Fabrication Leads, carpenters, and shop personnel to ensure drawings are practical, accurate, and aligned with real‑world build methods.
  • Incorporate revisions and redlines efficiently based on internal reviews, shop feedback, and project changes.
  • Maintain organized, accurate CAD files and drawing sets in accordance with internal standards, naming conventions, and project workflows.
  • Adhere to company safety standards, drafting standards, and quality expectations throughout all phases of work.
