About The Position

We are seeking a CAD Drafter to create detailed 3D drawings of ductwork and piping systems using Revit . This role works closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure drawings accurately support project installation and construction needs.

Requirements

• Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) Diploma or related training
• Proficiency in Revit
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Fabrication MEP
• Knowledge of BIM practices
• Experience detailing ductwork or piping systems in 3D
• Inventor experience
• Basic understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems

Responsibilities

• Draft ductwork and piping systems in a 3D Revit environment
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field supervision to meet project requirements
• Produce accurate drawings in a timely manner
• Assist with field measurements and drawing verification when needed
• Maintain company drafting standards across projects
• Stay informed on technology advancements and recommend improvements
