Requirements

• High School diploma or technical certificate in computer-aided design (or equivalent experience)
• 0–1+ years of AutoCAD experience; Civil 3D exposure preferred
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
• Desire to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team

Nice To Haves

• Civil 3D exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn AutoCAD and Civil 3D software, applying Bohler’s CAD standards to produce plan sets
• Modify conceptual plans through full construction documents under engineering guidance
• Create and revise detail sheets, secondary plans, and project layouts
• Review your own drawings for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve drafting or design issues
• Assist with document organization, plan formatting, and digital file management
