About The Position

CADD Operator with knowledge of computer aided drafting and design for Utilities, Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and System drawings for rail transit systems, and/or major infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Serve as the CADD Operator and Designer to produce as-built drawings for SFMTA TCUP project. Responsibilities include: Coordinate work with team members and other design disciplines. Review and interpret civil drawings and track as-built drawings Recreating track alignment under direction of Track Engineer Flexibility with tasks that may not be related to CADD Building database/spreadsheets Producing non-CADD deliverables

Requirements

Civil engineer background (does not need PE license)
Familiar with Civil 3D
Minimum 5 years of related work experience is required.
Experience in utilizing AutoCAD for preparation of engineering drawing for rail transit systems, utility power systems, or infrastructure projects is required.
Able to come to TCUP office at San Francisco near City Hall in-person 3 days a week
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong capabilities in the use of AutoCAD
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Able to work in integrated team and work in dynamic, fast-paced environment
