About The Position

Welcome with a Smile: Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience from the moment they arrive Engage & Assist: Use your strong communication skills to answer questions and assist customers with product selection, ensuring they have everything they need Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café area that reflects FFC’s commitment to superior service Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately, ensuring that the register reflects all sales and services Food & Safety: Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures according to local, state, and federal health codes Prepare Delicious Treats: Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes to delight our members Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to keep the café running smoothly

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age for this role as the ability to serve alcohol
Outgoing & Friendly Personality
Reliable & Punctual
Coachable & Eager to Learn
Food Safety Certification: You must obtain an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment (at your own expense)
