As a Busser/Café Attendant you will be responsible for enduring proper food quality, food presentation, stocking and cleaning of the entire buffet area. Requirements
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.

- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Keep buffet clean, organized, and reset tables promptly.
- Set up and break down buffet station.
- Notify kitchen staff of low supplies.
- Assist with bussing duties.
- Maintain stock of glassware, silverware, and plates.
- Stock ice in service area.
- Maintain buffet food, clean spills, and restock items.
- Perform additional duties as requested for guest satisfaction.
