About The Position

The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cafe to ensure a high-quality customer experience and efficient business performance. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Recruit, train, and manage cafe staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to maintain stock and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cash handling, and sales reporting.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
