SUMMARY: Responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of service operations. Essential Responsibilities and Duties (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Transports Food & Beverage products, equipment and furniture to and from dining and storage areas. Maintains an effective working relationship and excellent Guest service with all Team Members and Guests. Cleans dishware, all production equipment, and floors. Removes trash from work areas. Assists in replenishing/restocking all main and side stations. Assists in receiving and putting food products away in storage areas. Assists in maintaining general dining areas and storage area. Assists other Team Members when needed. Maintains the cleanliness of the general kitchen area. Produces recipes to standard specifications Performs other duties as assigned.
