Join the Pharmaceutical Calibrations and Instrumentation (PCI) team! We are seeking a Calibration Technician I that can perform calibrations onsite at our client pharmaceutical facilities in Norwood, MA, Cambridge, MA and surrounding areas as needed. This position will focus on performing calibrations of pipettes, and also potentially performing calibrations on a variety of instruments such as electronics, temperature devices, pressure gauges, centrifuges, incubators, balances, and others as found in pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environments. The Calibration Technician I reports directly to the Team Leader, Manager, or Director depending on the organizational structure. This is a full time, hourly position. Up to 50% percent travel may be required based on project and client needs, but at this time the position is local to the Boston Metro area. Expectations: Calibration Technicians complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following PCI and/or client specific policies and procedures. They are expected to take a proactive role in supporting the Team and in providing client support and are expected to build a high level of trust with internal and client personnel. This trust is developed through consistently upholding PCI Values and demonstrating Honesty, Integrity, Pride, Accountability, Teamwork, and Commitment.
