Requirements

  • A friendly and engaging personality that puts customers at ease!
  • Great listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience in a call center or customer service role would be fantastic, but we’re also open to newcomers with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Engage warmly with customers by answering their calls and addressing their questions with a bright, helpful attitude.
  • Educate potential clients about our solar services and help them understand the benefits of making the switch to renewable energy.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure they’re well-informed and supported.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency, making their experience as pleasant as possible.
  • Keep our customer records up-to-date in our CRM system, contributing to a smooth operational flow.
