About The Position

The Call Center Associate is responsible for obtaining patient meal selections. The Call Center Associate needs to have excellent attention to detail as they provide customer service and guidance for patients in selecting high-quality and nourishing meals. In addition to making and taking patient meal calls, associates also visit the patients on the nursing units to assist patients in selecting meals. The Call Center Associates are responsible for ensuring the stocking and food safety compliance of the patient care pantries.

Requirements

  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
  • High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
