About The Position
Call Center Representative – Outbound & Inbound Sales $20/hr + Bonus | Hiring ASAP | National Franchise Growth Opportunity www.bodenvy.com Bodenvy is the #1 provider of CoolSculpting in the nation and an emerging national franchise specializing in permanent fat reduction and non-surgical body sculpting. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing brand with real advancement potential. About the Role This is not a basic appointment-setting position. This is consultative sales. You will be responsible for both outbound dialing and inbound lead management. Your role is to connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, educate them on our services, and book them for a complimentary consultation — ideally same day or next day. Your primary objective: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert. We specialize in permanent fat reduction and helping clients improve their confidence, aesthetics, health, and overall wellness. Requirements
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Comfortable with outbound dialing in a high-call-volume environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professional, articulate, and confident
- Persuasive without being pushy
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must be available to work evenings (until 9 PM) and weekends

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Take a consultative approach to uncover goals, motivations, and frustrations
- Educate prospects on permanent fat reduction and body sculpting solutions
- Create urgency and book same-day or next-day consultations
- Overcome objections confidently and professionally
- Track, confirm, and manage your scheduled consultations to ensure strong show rates
- Follow up with unbooked prospects
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and accurate tracking
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to hit performance goals
