Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience (phone or in-person)
  • Comfortable working on a computer and multitasking
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM or more
  • Strong communication and customer-first mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Desktop, laptop, or large tablet required (no cell phones)
  • Internet speed of 50 Mbps upload/download
  • Must be comfortable being on camera if requested

Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding debit card accounts
  • Assisting with account questions, issues, and troubleshooting
  • Navigating multiple computer systems with speed and accuracy
  • Providing professional, friendly, solution-focused support
  • Recommending solutions that best meet customer needs
  • Using feedback and coaching to continuously improve
